Welcome & Getting Started

    Week 1: Setup and launch. You'll get a link to your live dashboard and an invite to the ad account so you can see everything in real time. Most clients see their first lead calls within the first few days of going live.

    Week 2: Early data. We'll check in to see how the calls are going on your end and make any early adjustments based on what we're seeing. If you're getting calls that aren't the right fit, let us know right away — that's the fastest way to sharpen the targeting.

    Weeks 3–4: Month close. We'll schedule a review call before the month is out to go through the numbers together — leads delivered, cost per lead, and how it lines up against the projection we discussed. No surprises.

    Management fee charged on the 1st of each month. Ad spend billed directly to your card on file with Google — we never touch that money.
